Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I have termite inspections?
If you've never had one, get an inspection now. After that, we recommend an annual inspection for most Riverside homes, since termite activity here is high. If you've had previous termite damage or live near open land, every 6 months is the safer interval. Inspections are free for homeowners.
Are your treatments covered by a warranty?
Yes. Every treatment and repair carries a one-year warranty, and fumigations are covered for two years. We stand behind the work, and if something isn't right we come back. Customers regularly tell us they appreciate that we explain the process up front so there are no surprises at the end.
Do you offer fumigation services?
Yes. Tent fumigation is one of our core termite services, and it's backed by a two-year warranty. We also offer liquid and bait treatments, monitoring programs, and pre-construction prevention, so fumigation is recommended only when it's the right fit for your situation. We'll inspect first and give you a straight answer and a fair estimate before any work begins.
Do you provide termite damage repairs?
Yes, and it's a big part of what sets us apart. Most companies treat the infestation and leave. We handle the repairs too, including structural wood repair and replacement, subfloor and framing, drywall and interior restoration, exterior siding and trim, and water damage restoration. One company, one guarantee, so you're not coordinating multiple contractors. Repairs carry a one-year warranty.
Do you handle residential and commercial properties?
Yes. We serve both residential and commercial properties across Riverside and the surrounding areas. That includes homes, condos, and commercial buildings, plus real estate and escrow inspections (WDO reports) for buyers, sellers, agents, and escrow officers.
